As Senior Project Manager in both the Financial and Telecommunications sectors, Ron has led major initiatives from the operational and technical perspectives. Ron is experienced in interpreting and understanding the project's business requirements, assembling a strong team of experts and leading them through the various stages of a project to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

As a Manager, Ron maintains his strong customer focus and ensures his staff is well trained in both the technical and soft skills areas to deliver quality support on a consistent basis. He has led numerous internal process re-engineering reviews to streamline company workflows which have resulted in significant cost savings.

Ron is a member of the Project Management Institute. He holds both a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and a Masters Certification in Project Management.

Ron lives in Newmarket with his wife and 2 children.
